The Poppers are preparing their next album! The goal of this crowdfunding campaing is to offer exclusive perks to the "Seasick Sailors" who colaboratively participate in the new edition effort. ALL THE REWARDS ARE CUMULATIVE! www.thepoppers.pt
The Poppers invite all their friends and fans, collectively known as the "Seasick Sailors", to participate in the production of their new record! The band explains:
"We are going to record our third album with a known producer, but we are keeping his name a secret for now. We're only gonna tell the Seasick Sailors, individually.
The Seasick Sailors are all you guys and gals: Our friends and supporters will receive weekly updates with a lot more information regarding the new album project, its composition, pre-production, and the recording itself. In the end the album will be made available via free downloads in Portugal, and will be released internationally as well both on CD as well as digitally."
The Seasick Sailors can participate in the Crowdfunding project via the site PPL.com.pt and will also be able to acquire or pre-order exclusive items that are not available anywhere else:
"From the live recording of our Encarnação gig earlier this year, as well as other exclusive things: Rai's lyrics book, demo videos, videos filmed in the actual studio with our "secret producer" and other exclusive offers... like 3 of our guitars, for example.
And custom-ordered songs! The Poppers are willing to write original, acoustic compositions that you can dedicate to your girlfriend, boyfriend, father, mother, grandparents or pet. Always with a special dedication and theme based on the information you provide us.
But more important than all that, you must help spread the word on our new record, this Crowdfunding drive, the "Seasick Sailors", and all the great music being made in Portugal nowadays!
We are also going to play an exclusive concert to debut some of the new songs, again only for the Seasick Sailors, at the club MusicBox in Lisbon, on the 24th of November.
We are all together now, and counting you in!
PS - ALL REWARD ITEMS ARE CUMULATIVE.
The final amount raised will go towards paying part of the production costs (studio, mixing, producer).
